The first, no obligation consultation is where we listen to the customers vision. We'll familiarize ourselves with the space, provide recommendations and suggestions as we see fit, along with answer any questions you may have. After completing the initial consultation, we'll send over the cost to complete your dream project, clearly outlining what is included and what is not. This price is set in stone, unless the client wishes to add or change something initially discussed. If permits are required, this is where the application will be submitted and upon approval, construction begins. 

No matter the job, from bathrooms, to basements, to kitchens, Cipriano Construction Inc. is committed to going above and beyond the clients expectations. We treat every project as if it was our own home, which is evident in the coordination of all tasks, cleanliness, professionalism and quality of craftsmanship. As the project nears completion, we like to take the time to walk through with the client to address any concerns. After successful completion of these items, the project is finished and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
